What might you discover if you became curious about the way you're living?

There are things we do every day without really noticing. We say yes, react, hold back, make the same decision again, or tell ourselves we’ll do something differently next time.

Then something catches our attention.
Why did I do that? Why do I keep doing that?

What if, instead of trying to fix it, you became curious about it?

For eight weeks, you choose something from your own life that matters enough to stay with for a while. You live with it, notice what happens, try things, forget, remember, and see what becomes visible.

That is the heart of A Spacious Life.

Your life BECOMES
the practice

A Spacious Life happens alongside the life you’re already living — in conversations, decisions, relationships, reactions, and ordinary moments.

Rather than deciding whether you’re doing it right or wrong, you become curious about what happened and what it might be showing you.

Notice. Choose. Practice. Notice again.

Not toward perfection, but toward discovering what happens when the way you live begins reflecting more of who you truly are.

We get Curious
Together

Once a week, we come together and talk about what actually happened.

I’ll listen closely, ask questions, notice connections, and sometimes invite you to look at something from another angle.

The other people in the room bring their own lives and discoveries too.

I’ll be curious with you — and for you.

No one is there to tell you what to do. You remain the authority on your own life.

Between Thursdays, Life
Keeps Happening

Between gatherings, we stay connected through WhatsApp with relevant questions, reflections, and reminders.

Not more content to consume — simply small ways of bringing your attention back to the life you’re already living.

You might catch something sooner.

You might make a different choice.

You might make exactly the same choice and suddenly see something you couldn’t see before.

We don’t know what you’ll discover. That’s rather the point.

Eight Weeks.
Then We See What Stayed.

We spend eight weeks noticing, practicing, living, and discovering together.

Then the weekly gatherings end and life continues.

One month later, we meet once more and ask a very simple question:

What stayed?

What Are You Curious Enough to Live With?
You don’t need to know what needs fixing, and you don’t need to know where eight weeks will lead. You only need something about your own life that has caught your attention — something that matters enough to stay curious about.

So perhaps the question isn’t: What do I need to change about myself?

Perhaps it’s:

What might I discover if I became genuinely curious about myself?

What would you like to talk about?
