About
Tina Sousa-Vieira
Born on the island of Terceira in the Azores—shaped by wind, ocean, and volcanic fire—Tina Sousa-Vieira has always lived with a quiet inner knowing and a deep sensitivity to the unseen rhythms of life. After immigrating to the United States at age eight, she carried a subtle inner call—a sense that life held more depth, meaning, and intimacy than what she was living at the time.

For more than two decades, Tina worked as an international travel guide, moving through places that awakened different strands of her inner life: oracle clarity in Greece, ancient memory in Peru, heart presence in Kenya, and a deep sense of belonging in Hawaii. Each chapter refined her relationship with herself and with life—not as something to transcend, but as something to inhabit more fully. Her journey ultimately led her to Costa Rica, where the long arc of seeking softened into a lived sense of homecoming.

Through seasons of loss, awakening, emotional healing, and integration, Tina’s work clarified—not as a role to perform, but as a way of being. She creates spaces of presence, warmth, and clarity where people naturally begin to remember themselves, reclaim their inner authority, and return to what feels true. Her guidance is rooted in listening, honest self-relationship, and a spirituality that can be lived in real human life.

Today, Tina’s work rests in a simple belief: life itself is the sacred path. Nothing here asks for fixing, striving, or becoming someone new. Instead, she offers a quiet, spacious invitation—to live with greater presence, trust, and reverence for the life already unfolding.
